Recommended as both an introduction to coffee for those taking Level 1 Barista Training and Opening a Coffee Business; and for coffee enthusiasts wanting to learn more about coffee and espresso.
This class covers basic facts about coffee, espresso and terminology. It will take you from the origins of where coffees are grown and processed, to roasting and blending, and all the different methods of producing the perfect cup.
Bean to a Cup includes Coffee Cupping and it will give you the tools required to train your staff on basic coffee knowledge, interviewing and working with roasters, as well as educating your customers.
