This workshop will cover the basics of espresso preparation:

  • Espresso Fundamentals and Extraction
  • How to Grind, Dose and Tamp
  • Customer Service Expectations
  • Steaming/Frothing Milk
  • Equipment Knowledge and Maintenance

This class gives you fundamental theory as well as hands-on practice with the help of a professional barista trainer.

Workshop includes valuable take away resources. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate from the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy.
