- Espresso Fundamentals and Extraction
- How to Grind, Dose and Tamp
- Customer Service Expectations
- Steaming/Frothing Milk
- Equipment Knowledge and Maintenance
This class gives you fundamental theory as well as hands-on practice with the help of a professional barista trainer.
Workshop includes valuable take away resources. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate from the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy.
